Terms of Service

By creating an account or using letsbless.com, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use letsbless.com. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method (email or password) secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Provide accurate information when creating wishes or families.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

letsbless.com is a supportive community. The following are not allowed and may result in account suspension:

• Harassment, threats, or hate speech of any kind.
• Spam, advertising, or solicitation.
• Impersonation of any person or organization.
• Posting content that violates any law or infringes others' rights.
• Automated scraping, bots, or abuse of the sign-in system.

You retain ownership of the content you create (wishes, family descriptions, stories, and other content). By posting, you grant letsbless.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the site and in related promotional materials (e.g. a Twitter share card).

You confirm that everything you post is yours, or that you have permission, and that it does not violate anyone's rights.

BlessHub Premium is a subscription ($4.99/month or $39.99/year). Payments are processed by our payment service provider, who acts as the merchant of record for tax purposes — your card statement will show their name. Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout based on your location.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. After cancelling, you keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refund policy. Because Premium grants instant access to digital content, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been used. However:

• You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days if the service was substantially unused.
• If you were charged in error, or charged after cancellation, we will refund the charge in full.
• Where consumer law in your country grants you a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, the 14-day right in the EU/UK), that right applies and takes precedence.

To request a refund, email hello@letsbless.com with your account email and payment date.

You may close your account at any time from your account page, or by emailing hello@letsbless.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without prior notice.

letsbless.com is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep the lights on, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy of AI-generated content, or that the service will meet your specific expectations.

letsbless.com is a social platform, not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

BlessHub is provided for entertainment and emotional-wellness purposes only. Wishes, blessings, lamps, and other site features are symbolic social gestures. BlessHub does not claim that any wish, blessing, or feature will influence, cause, or predict any real-world outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, letsbless.com and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms. The “Effective” date at the top will change. For material changes we will email signed-in users and post a notice on the homepage at least 14 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith correspondence first; if that fails, through binding arbitration or the competent local court.
